| Ingredients: |
| Chang’s Cole Slaw Dressing |
| 1 tablespoon sugar |
| 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 2 teaspoon sesame or extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar |
| 1 piece minced garlic |
| 1/2 scallion (if no onion in cole slaw) |
| Green olives with pimentos – finely chopped |
| |
| Directions: |
| Slice one head of cabbage very finely and soak in room temperature water for about one hour with sea salt of kosher salt. |
| Squeeze out all water with cheese cloth and DO NOT rinse. |
| Combine with finely chopped onions and/or finely shredded carrots. |
| Use Hidden Valley Cole Slaw Dressing or Chang’s (see below)
