| Crab Imperial |

| Ingredients: |
| 1 lb. Fresh Crab Meat |
| 1 package McCormick Crab Cake Classic |
| 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp butter |
| 1 tbsp flour |
| 1/2 Cup Milk |
| Tarter sauce |
| Paprika |

| Directions: |
| Drain and remove any cartilage Crab Meat |
| Mix Crab Cake Classic with mayonnaise in a large bowl. |
| Genlty toss in crab meat and set asside. |
| Melt butter in medium sauce pan. |
| Stir in flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. |
| Slowly add milk, stirring constantly; cook until thick. |
| Remove from heat and gently stir in crab meat. |
| Spoon into individual shells. |
| Spread Tarter Sauce on top of crab meat mixture. |
| Sprinkle with paprika |
| Bake in preheated 450F oven 10-15 min or until bubbly and golden brown.
