| Dijon Mustard Sauce |
| Ingredients: |
| 1 finely diced shallot |
| 1 cup white wine |
| 1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
| 2 cups heavy cream |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| Directions: |
| Bring shallot, mustard and wine to a boil; reduce liquid by 1/2. Add cream and reduce until thickened (whisk to keep from burning). Add salt and pepper to taste. |
