Guacamole
 
Ingredients:
2 ripe hass avocados
3 scallions, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
Juice of 1 1/2 limes
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Directions:
Scoop the avocado pulp into a medium bowl. Add the other ingredients and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky. Spoon into serving dish.
