| Potatoes Au Gratin |

| Ingredients: |
| 4 Large (3 Pounds) Pototatoes |
| 1/3 Cup Melted Butter |
| 1 Large Garlic Clove - Minced |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper |
| 2 Tablespoons Parmesan - grated |
| 1 Tablespoon Dry Bread Crumbs |
| 1/8 Teaspoon Paprika |

| Directions: |
| Peel potatoes and slice 1/8 inch thick. |
| Arrange about 1/3 of the potatoes in bottom of a shallow 2 quart casserole. |
| Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle about 1 tablespoon over potatoes. |
| Repeat twice with remaining potatoes and butter mixture. |
| Mix parmesan, bread crumbs and paprika; sprinkle over top. |
| Cover tightly with foil. |
| Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. |
| Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and top is browned |
| Makes 8 servinces.
