| Ingredients: |
| 2 yellow or orange tomatoes coarsely chopped |
| 1 small white onion, minced |
| Juice of 1 lime |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| Dash of cayenne pepper |
| Directions: |
| Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors. |
