Salsa
 
Ingredients:
2 yellow or orange tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 small white onion, minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
 
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
