| Steam Shrimp |
| Ingredients: |
| 5 Pound Shrimp (36-42 count) |
| 5 1/2 Tablespoon Old Bay |
| 1 Tablespoon Salt |
| 2 Tablespoon Black Pepper |
| 2 Teaspoon Celery Seed |
| 1 1/2 Cups Vinegar |
| 1 1/2 Cups Water |
| Directions: |
| Mix dry ingredients together. |
| Combine vinegar and water and pour into pressure cooker. |
| Thaw shrimp and place layers of shrimp and spice in pressure cooker. |
| Cover and cook until pressure builds. |
| Cook under pressuer for 2 1/4 minutes. |
| Cool cooker immediatley. |
