Crab Imperial
1 lb. Fresh Crab Meat
1 package McCormick Crab Cake Classic
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 Cup Milk
Tarter sauce
Drain and remove any cartilage Crab Meat
Mix Crab Cake Classic with mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Genlty toss in crab meat and set asside.
Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
Stir in flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly; cook until thick.
Remove from heat and gently stir in crab meat.
Spoon into individual shells.
Spread Tarter Sauce on top of crab meat mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake in preheated 450F oven 10-15 min or until bubbly and golden brown.
