Potatoes Au Gratin
4 Large (3 Pounds) Pototatoes
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
1 Large Garlic Clove - Minced
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Parmesan - grated
1 Tablespoon Dry Bread Crumbs
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
Peel potatoes and slice 1/8 inch thick.
Arrange about 1/3 of the potatoes in bottom of a shallow 2 quart casserole.
Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle about 1 tablespoon over potatoes.
Repeat twice with remaining potatoes and butter mixture.
Mix parmesan, bread crumbs and paprika; sprinkle over top.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and top is browned
