Steam Shrimp
5 Pound Shrimp (36-42 count)
5 1/2 Tablespoon Old Bay
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 1/2 Cups Vinegar
1 1/2 Cups Water
Mix dry ingredients together.
Combine vinegar and water and pour into pressure cooker.
Thaw shrimp and place layers of shrimp and spice in pressure cooker.
Cover and cook until pressure builds.
Cook under pressuer for 2 1/4 minutes.
Cool cooker immediatley.
